Maura was an excellent salesperson, professional, knowledgeable and no pressure. I had looked at the ID Buzz a few weeks earlier, but did not pursue it. Eventually VW renewed their manufacturer incentives and Maura was able to secure a competitive deal (with my trade-in) versus another local dealer. Joe the Sales Manager and Emily in Finance were also friendly and professional. Maura also tracked down some items I had forgotten in my trade-in and found some accessories that were accidentally misplaced in the Buzz. This was one of only two new xxxxxxPlus AWD two-tone leftbin the nation, so I was pleased to get it.
