Won’t Be Back
Terrible service from start to finish. Staff acted like helping me was a chore, and no one followed through on what they promised. When I raised concerns, they brushed me off instead of doing anything. Left feeling frustrated and undervalued.
I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I would never trust Courtney Gardina, the service manager at Baierl Toyota, or the dealership itself for any warranty-related service again.
I purchased my vehicle from Baierl Toyota and, naturally, returned there for its first-year service. When the car developed an issue, I was told—quite rudely by the service advisor—that it wasn’t covered under warranty. I was shocked, given that the vehicle is still under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Courtney Gardina assured me she would escalate the issue with her Toyota representative. I trusted her to do the right thing, but ultimately, I was told the same thing: “It’s not covered, and you’ll need to pay out of pocket.”
Thankfully, I sought a second opinion. I visited another Toyota dealership just 8 miles away, and without even needing to speak with a manager, the issue was resolved immediately—and fully covered under warranty.
This experience confirmed my worst fears: Baierl Toyota either lacks integrity or competence (or both) when it comes to honoring warranties. They tried to push an unnecessary expense on me, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Baierl lost my business and my family business forever!
If you value honest service and proper warranty support, look elsewhere.
Absolutely Terrible Experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Olaniyan was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a supposed “professional.” From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was being disrespected just for showing up. He didn’t greet me properly, barely made eye contact, and acted like I was bothering him just by asking basic questions.
Tried calling a few times beforehand - no response. No follow-up, no courtesy, nothing. When I finally met him in person, instead of trying to help or even pretend to be polite, he seemed more interested in making sarcastic comments and insulting me than doing his actual job.
It's clear this guy isn’t here to help customers - he’s here to belittle them. I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and completely baffled that someone with such an attitude is allowed to represent a business. Avoid Olaniyan at all costs if you value your time, money.
Baierl dealership engaged in unethical and potentially illegal practices, including misrepresenting a car’s accident history, altering financing terms after signing, and adding unauthorized charges. These actions suggest fraud and deceptive business tactics. Complaints have been filed with regulatory authorities, and potential buyers are strongly warned to avoid this dealer.
Fast talking high pressure dealership. If you’re just starting to look don’t give them your drivers license. Walk out. They dont answer your questions fully and bounce you from one person to the next. My advice run. Ended up with a car the didn’t disclose was one they had leases and didn’t tell us upfront that the fuel tank had been replaced. All the greater kept saying that this vehicle was good for our health. Had lumbar support. Should have ran. Live and learn but I guess we didn’t learn enough. Never told us the car had been leased from them. Just kept saying only one owner low milage. They also couldn’t produce a second key fob for car. Also failed to disclose fuel and had been replaced with only a little over 12,000 miles Kept asking them about all the electronics and how things worked and we were given a fast crash course leaving us in the dark. Have to go back out today because we couldn’t get the GPS and other things to work even with the book instructions. So sorry I purchased this car. If VW would have a hybrid, but not a plug in, I would have gone back to them. Had a VW for 13 years best car ever. Beware of these kind of dealerships. Polite and friendly staff but that’s all a front for a sale. It’s their job.
Truck has 2 unsafe tires and they passed it for inspection regardless. Have to guess they did this under the advisement of their parent company Lithia motors to try and save themselves money. People are friendly but they prioritize profit over customer safety. I would NOT take my business to any Lithia owned dealership
