I searched for a specific car and mileage and found it 67 miles away from home at this dealership. I fell in love with the car and decided to get it. I was really leary about dealing with a dealership and sales people and getting ripped off - been there, done that. The sales staff at Seattle Mitsubishi were upfront, honest and not pushy and creepy at all. Even when I had paperwork nightmare problems and a snafu of issues with my warranty, Russ the general manager was the most professional, understanding and generous person I have ever dealt with. I even had a few hiccups with the car and between Russ and Al, the service manager, I didn't miss a day of work and my car is running great and back at home. If you ever want to go to a dealership that wants to make you happy and customer service is the most important thing...go to Seattle Mitsubishi. They are wonderful and when I decide to trade up - Russ here I come!!
