I received excellent service from veteran sales rep Susan Grab. She explained the vehicle very well, and after I bought it, she walked me through all the computer systems.

Had the x1 in for a minor repair. Dropped it of at 8 and it was finished by 11. Excellent sevice.
Had the car for a week and did not repair it properly when I went to pick it up they could not figure out the voice command controls
