I took my car to Porsche Plano for a minor repair, and it was returned to me with even more damage than it had when I brought it in. My service advisor, Tim, outsourced the work to someone named Orlando in McKinney, and the result was completely unacceptable. I trusted a Porsche dealership to handle my vehicle with care and professionalism, but this experience did the exact opposite.

Checkup today was done on time and covered the most likely wear and appearance items. Car wash was offered as was an appraisal, but I was in a hurry and declined both.
