I brought my car in on Monday to have the dashboard replaced. Service advisor name Scotty Bryce (Ruairidh Bryce) assured me that the car would be ready by Wednesday, or no later than Friday. On Friday at approximately 5:47 PM, I called the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle. The service representative explicitly confirmed that my car was ready for pickup. I then drove approximately 15 miles to the dealership, only to discover upon arrival that my vehicle had not been worked on at all for the entire week. I was informed by the receptionist that Scotty had confused my vehicle with another customer who has the same name, resulting in my car being completely untouched. To make matters worse, I was then approached by another service advisor, Jeffrey, whose attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. He attempted to justify the situation by claiming that replacing the dashboard would take an excessive amount of time—an explanation that directly contradicted what I had just been told by the receptionist, who clearly stated that the issue was a name mix-up, not repair complexity. Due to the dishonesty, lack of accountability, wasted time, and extremely poor customer service, I made the decision to take my car back without any repair performed. Jefferey seriously needs to be re-educated for the basic customer service. This experience was horrendous and falls far below the standards expected from a Porsche dealership. I wasted an entire week, made unnecessary trips, and was met with misinformation and poor treatment rather than transparency or an apology.

I brought our 2018 Porsche Macan S in for a battery replacement. I was able to wait at the dealership for the maintenance to be done. Tim Shaffer, our maintenance supervisor, was the one supervising the job. He did an excellent job, as he always does. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner and I was appreciative of his attention to our car.

I had an exceptional experience with Porsche and my salesperson, Mark. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, yet never being too pushy about trying to make a sale. He made me feel very comfortable and was very nice. I would definitely use him again as well as tell my friends to do so as well.
