The whole process was relatively seamless. The only sticking point was getting the financing done. Had to wait over and hour to talk to Fredrick. He was great as was Ferris. The car is certified but we had to get the second key fixed which seemed like somebody missed checking the key.

Nick was great and put up with all my indecision on car choice, then got me a deal I could live with, basically mostly remote. The car was the best combo of features, size, performance and price. However. My Q4 rides better, feels less bulky and is easier to enter and exit but . Unreliable and quirky MMI. Havent driven the X3 much yet, so far so good. Wish we got a manual and a second remote. The key cards or phone still dont work. Hate the car locks and unlocks everytime I get near it. Must have recycled 10 time in my driveway. Havent figured out yet how to stop it. NEED the Genius class for this car.

Always have great service and repairs through Carlsbad BMW, repairs are always great and I am always satisfied with everything done on my car, fair prices and solid work done. I also like the inspection videos sent to my phone while I am waiting for my car to be serviced, no surprises!!
