I arrived at the dealership just to look. I was so impressed with the staff. Trey Miller was the salesman that worked with me. I had never been to a Mitsubishi dealership and had lots of questions. He listened to all my concerns and answered every question I had. He was able to assist me in choosing a great vehicle that is Perfect for me. I ended up purchasing a Outlander Sport that day. He also walked over to the financing building with me. Checked on me periodically, until I was finished. He even delivered my vehicle to my home. I had a very kind sales representative, James Jackson was the best. My poor rating came from the process after dealing with James. It was my first time entering into the contract I did and it seems I had too many questions or took too long to read a few items for the male in charge of the financing office, Silas, that day. He lost his cool and the worst part was his outburst was abrupt. He first told me to ask as many questions as I needed, to claiming I was challenging and accusing him of changing the numbers around. He even went as far as saying I was being rude and "don't do this" in regards to my surprised reaction. While I'm satisfied with the car and my sales rep, I will not be returning due to Silas' unprofessional customer interaction. I wouldn't want anyone else going through the feelings I felt after leaving the dealership.
