I made an appointment with the internet sales manager, asked to see a specific car, test drive it, liked it and bought it. It went about as smoothly as possible. The only hiccup occurred when trying to get the military reduction in the sales tax. Because they don’t it often, it took some time to convince them of my residency status. Other than that, I recommend this dealership for an easy, fair, and efficient car buying process.
