During a recent service appointment to repair my S550, I had the great opportunity to work with David Kohler, Service Manager. I immediately realized that he was very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to answer all of my questions. He guided me through the repair process stress free. He fully disclosed all possible expenses and provided repair options to save me money!He is easy to talk to and did everything he said he would when he said he would. He gained my trust. He loves what he does and was extremely professional.My car runs great and I’m completely satisfied. I’m looking forward to working again with David in the future. I've been looking for the right vehicle for over a month then I drove onto the Crown Mercedes lot after closing and found lots of choices to my liking so I returned the next day in the afternoon. My salesperson (Konstantin Chumak) was the first person out the door and was eager to help,,,,,,,he quickly got the keys for me to test drive; but I didnt like the performance so he quickly went to another lot and brought another car for me to drive. It was a natural; perfect for me! He was kind and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained all the functions......
