Always please with the buying experience. Quick and easy with no high pressure tactics. Ben was knowledgeable about the car, communicated well. I was very happy to no have it be an all day process.

The staff at this dealership are very professional and truly care about helping the customer.

Buying a new car can be a painful, tedious process. Ben made it a breeze. He listened to what we were looking for, offered choices and options and provided excellent information about each vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about all of the brands and models at the dealership as well as comparative brands elsewhere. The staff at Infiniti of Kansas City is friendly, easy to work with and all of them are customer service oriented.

Got in and out in very short time verse other dealerships. Ben was great to work with!

Venson helped put me in a 2026 Nissan Armada. Venson was very friendly and helpful through the process. I would definitely recommend Venson when buying a vehicle.

My husband and I worked with Addi, she took her time working with us and making sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed purchase. 100% recommend working with Addi.
