Terrible with follow up even though he said call me any time if you have question. Yet he has not responded to my 2 voicemail. GM Malik did good job with follow up. Over all great experience and be ready to ask all the questions to finance team so you don’t wait for response.

Shortly thereafter, I received a video of the inspection, with recommendations. There was no pressure, only recommendations. My car was finished on time, and had been washed.
