My name is John . I have been going to Jake Sweeney for years and bought many cars over that period of time. I keep going back because they really go above and beyond. The service people take care of my vehicles and do a great good.
I have not received any paperwork from my purchase and it’s been one week since I purchased my vehicle, also I was to receive the 2nd fob which hasn’t happened either. My sales representative was very helpful and easy to work with. They need to do better at getting financial paperwork to the customer.
I have now gotten 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had pleasant experiences both times. I highly recommend Jake Sweeney for your used, or new, car needs. Everyone that works there is always very nice and personable.

Nicholas Lykins is the nicest guy you want to meet. Very patient and knowledgeable about the ev. He’s very helpful and never minds when I call him with questions.
