Excellent service, went in for an oil change, didn’t try too much to upsell. Only thing I don’t appreciate now is that they charge 3% for using a credit card. Most of us don’t have allot of money in our accounts these days and when we need to use that credit card, we are now given the penalty charges. May not sound like allot, but it can be when on a fixed income! Sorry Toyota!
Mark is an awesome salesperson! Highly recommended Made the process as Google as could be.
Professional, courteous, and quick. I had a recall service maintenance. They had it done in an hour.
I had a great experience at Toyota of Santa Fe! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free, answered my questions, and helped me find the right vehicle. I appreciate them especially Jaque for being patient with me and understanding.
Polite and knowledgeable staff, in spite of heavy demand, they serviced and finished our on-time.
Great, fast & professional service. Ernie drove me home & back & has been with Toyota for the 30 yrs I’ve had 5 Toyotas. Love him. Derrick Sandavol helped me & was so pleased with his efficiency & manners. 👍
