I was told the wait would be 45 minutes, it took just over 20 minutes. The staff were friendly, efficient, and competent. They even went over the inspection form with me and had a copy for me to take. Excellent experience.
Mark Martinez in sales and Gabe in finance were fantastic. The car was completely ready for me when I got there in perfect shape and just as described. They both stayed late for me. Which I'm extremely grateful as that's how my schedule worked out. They were both helpful and processed the transaction very quickly.
