Pro: They were a big help to fit me in on short notice so I could take my Tacoma for a week camping, the repair was done properly, the work to be done was communicated well, and truck was ready ahead of expectation. Con: The final cost was ALL the money, the dealership doesn’t take checks above $250, and luckily I checked the repair before leaving the lot so the truck could go right back in to have underhood trim that had been taken off and forgotten put back on.
I was waited on quickly by a pleasant guy. They sent me to their express location where it would be faster..they were pleasant and efficient. They got my car up on a rack so they could check for any damage. No damage and no charge. All good.
We had a great car-buying experience with both Pablo and Gabriel! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with them and the team at Toyota of Santa Fe!

We went to the Toyota dealer looking for a highlander, and were helped by Jaquelin, who showed us what they had in inventory. We found a 4runner the we liked, and Jaquelin was really good in helping us buy the vehicle. Jaquelin got us through the process quickly, and easily. The finance part went smoothly. Devin was very good of expediting the process, and explaining the paperwork.
The service was excellent, and the salesman was very responsive. We will go back if we decide to purchase a new Toyota.
