I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service has gone down the tubes. In short, I had to return 4 times to get a window leak fixed. I was provided no concession and was even incorrectly charged for the service. I had to follow-up 4 times over 2 weeks before someone called me back to address it (when I was told they would get back to me the next day). Just really poor service, expectations, etc. I will never use them again
They really epitomize the car dealership repair rip off.!! Avoid this place at all costs. What a joke. After an all day “analysis” $1000.00 later I had to return 50 miles later to be told that the next fix would be $1700. NO THANKS. If I treated my patients this way there would be no survivors. RN taken advantage of.
Craig is a treasure! Every time I need service or have a question he is both accurate and helpful and I would NEVER go anywhere else for my car’s upkeep! I cannot thank Royal Motors and Craig Folly enough for keeping me safe in my 2019 Jetta!!!!
Service Rep was very friendly and helpful. I have no problem with the customer service. However, the actual service was not performed properly. I had a cooling system problem which they attributed to a bad fuse holder. After they replaced the fuse holder, I had the same problem a few days later. Personal inspection showed that a engine cooling fan was not working. I attribute this to inadequate testing after the fuse holder was replaced.
We have a brand new Volvo and have had to take it in for a service on 3 separate occasions. In all cases, we had to wait weeks for an appointment and in each situation, they weren't able to get to our car on the scheduled appointment day. They informed us late in the day and we had to scramble to find (and pay for) a rental car so they could keep our car overnight. This is exceptionally inconvenient since we have a new baby and one car. I can understand an exception once but 3 times?! When I conveyed our disappointment with the manager, Dan, I was told we are only one of many customers and this treatment is acceptable. I’m shocked at how poorly we were treated.
Bought a Q5 from this dealership. Negotiated via email/phone for availability and pricing and had a good experience. Were able to even trade in our BMW while we were there for a reasonable price. We'd done our research on what we wanted to pay, and the sales guys were straightforward, fair, and didn't put any pressure on us. We were able to pick up the car, and get the paperwork signed very quickly. We tried going to other Audi dealerships in the area and the sales guys were terrible. Do your test drive at those dealerships, but when you're ready to buy and get the price and car you want, go to Audi San Francisco
