Excellent crew and very friendly and professional. Process was easy, no tricks or last minute add on’s. Tom Terrill and Cathy in finance were great. This would have been a perfect score if the air conditioning in my certified 2023 BMW had worked. I had just bought the car that day and no A/C. 23k miles on the car. Should have been caught during the BMW certified program. I live in Baltimore so it’s I can’t really take it back to them.
