Very professional. And Laura always follows up and addresses any issues I have. And they even have coffee, It’s a pleasure visiting this dealer!
We wanted to buy a car and she was unavailable so she had us come back another day and she was late 50 minutes. We talked to the owner who helped us with the paperwork. She was unprofessional.

With thorough explanations as to what's going on, to flexibility on loaners, the service team is on a roll with keeping their customers happy. Laura Varga and her service team were great. I was in for my regular service and they looked at the car promptly, provided me a detailed video and completed the service very quickly. And it was all done with everyone, from the check-in, to Laura herself and to the BMW technician with top notch professional courtesy.
