I purchased my second BMW X5 from Flemington BMW in November 2025. This dealership is excellent. I moved 2 hours away but returned to Flemington because of the customer service. I have visited a few BMW locations that are closer to where I live, but chose to purchase my new vehicle in Flemington.

Hi, had an issue related to my Z4 where if not covered under the warranty would have been very expensive to get fixed. Brian Seymore my Service rep was absolutely terrific keeping me posted and doing all that he could to resolve the Issue. It was solved professionally and quickly which doesn’t surprise me. Been dealing with Flemington BMW for many years and cars and they never disappoint. Definite a 5 star and another thanks to Brian for his efforts. Highly recommend Flemington and all the associates I’ve dealt with over the years and recently when I just leased another Z4, my fourth. In this case Tom Terrill of Sales was equally as professional going through the process for my new lease. No pressure, answered my question, kept me in the loop and now because of Tom very excited about the new Z4 that is currently being crafted in Germany. I purchased many cars in my life, and have numerous experiences with dealerships, large and small, however, I have to say this is my best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had: Jack, Noha and Cathy were incredibly patient, helpful and above all professional….especially in the light that I was purchasing a car there and taking it to Massachusetts - not a straight forward thing to pull off!
