Completed my service in good time, had tire rotation, oil change and an alignment. Had coupons for all the service. The waiting area is comfortable. Service tech was through. I dropped off my vehicle and it would have taken a long time to download my navigation update and he called me to let me know while my vehicle was there, which I opted not to do. All in all, I was pleased with the visit.
My appointment with David Ball was the most stress free appointment. He told me everything up front, no surprises. I will recommend David Ball and Phillipsburg-Easton Honda to friends.
Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. We worked with David who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and responsive. He truly listened to me and was very respectful our budget and needs. 5 stars to Kaetlyn in service. Efficient, knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. Service at this dealership is easy. Their drive through service allowed me to check in and drop my car off in less than 5 minutes. Service was completed and my return to pickup the vehicle was maybe all of about 2 minutes.
