They lied about everything go to Portales to buy not any Bender. They Sucker you in and then keep lies going. RUN!!!! It's all about the money to Trevor

We, a young couple, were just looking to check out what vehicles they had. We didn't want nothing more than to test drive a car. The supposedly salesman & general manager, goes by the name "Ray Madrid" of this dealership became rude when my husband didn't want to hear him lecture him about how to buy a car. We both were not rude until "Ray" decided it was ok to tell me he didn't want my husband back to the dealership. Then my husband and I thought it was completely disrespectful and absolutely uncalled for that my husband asked Ray who the manager was and to speak with him/her, to which Ray replied that he was and proceeded to tell us he was going to call the cops on us!!! Only because my husband wanted to speak to the manager and complain about him. Unbelievable customer service we experienced with this individual. Never ever coming back here and will definitely be telling all the people we come across to steer clear from this awful dealership!!!!
