I came in for an oil change and met with Eric and LeWandy who helped me understand the options for a trade in & yes I had a million questions and called several people to confirm but LeWandy took his time to explain it so I can better understand (very patient) didn't try to trick me into unnecessary packages and upgrades that I didn't want. Even helped me unload my other car & got me a BIG red bow for extra excitement 😜😄 I appreciate how Fabio helped me understand the financial hiccups and options.
From start to finish the process of purchasing a pre-owned car was smooth and stress free. Zavier G. And Alex B. are genuine and professional. Knowing this car was for our daughter and new driver they made sure everything was perfect. Great Customer service! We checked out every dealer within 50 miles and ultimately came back to Burns Honda in Marlton and so glad we did!!!

Mark Foley called me periodically over the last year. Being that I’m not typically a fan of car dealerships, sometimes I answer the call other times I did not. And I finally got to meet him. He has a wonderful personality. He knew exactly how to build a rapport with my husband, Son and myself. Mark went over above and beyond to help us. We worked out a deal that I hope gave him a decent commission and it gave us a monthly payment that I can live with With. Mark is to be commended for his salesmanship. He is truly an asset to Burns Honda. I highly recommend Mark Foley Maureen Smith Hartman the car was really for me.
I had a very disappointing experience with Burns Honda. I visited the dealership on Friday evening to check the trims, interior space, and colors for the car I wanted. After discussing pricing and offers with the salesperson, we reached an agreement, and I was told to come back the next day to finalize everything. I mentioned that I would bring my wife so we could choose between two colors together. The next day, I arrived on time for my appointment, and we started all the paperwork and even ran my credit. After several hours, things suddenly started to feel strange. The salesperson came back and told me the first color I chose was no longer available except for the demo car with high mileage. I said that was fine and picked another color. Then I was told another customer was buying that one. I picked a third color, and again they told me someone else was already purchasing it. At the end, I spoke with the manager, but his response was careless and unprofessional, almost as if they simply did not want to sell me a car anymore. It became very clear to me that they regretted the deal and pricing they had agreed to, so instead of being honest, they kept avoiding the situation until I eventually left after wasting more than four hours of my time. What made it even worse was seeing them sell the same car and color I originally selected to another customer who arrived after me. Honestly, this dealership showed no professionalism, no respect for customers, and no understanding of proper business ethics. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
