Our local dealership always puts their customers first. I recently had my car in for an oil change, and Roxanne, service agent, was proactive in ensuring all my questions were addressed about my recently purchased vehicle. She even made it a point that I met with the tech guru, Bobby, who helped solve a key issue. It was excellent service all around!

Routine service. Waited a reasonable amount of time for service to be completed. Pleasant service person. Nice showroom and waiting area.

After 22 years of not driving I ended up getting a car(bmw) and moving to the desert from downtown San Diego. My car needed some work done on it because going to shady Midas or Other shady mechanics can takes its toll on your stress level. I called BMW PS and Sandy really took that stress away. It was so easy and Sandy actually cared about my situation. To have that service in a business is so crucial. Money is just paper and ink so I didn’t care about fee of service I just needed honesty over shady. It was all honesty and great service from the start. Thank you Sandy and the guys that got my car back to its full potential:)
