Poor management, wasted my time. Never will go back there again. tried to give me the lowest possible offer for my trade in and told them the lowest amount i'd go for it and they offered me 500$ more which was literally nothing so I left and then they texted me and offered me more for it and I made plans to go in there at 1 for a car that I test drove and was going to do the trade in deal after they offered me the amount I wanted for it and as I was waiting for the car they just sold it right in front of me and told me if it fell through they'd call me.

Can't say enough good things about Gary Blake Saab. From sales to the service team this is one of the most straight shooting dealers I've ever dealt with. I purchased a 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero XWD Sportcombi from them back in January '09. Great purchase experience all the way around. The price was fair and never any high pressure sales tactics. I also go to them for service on two other Saabs I own that were not purchased there (both purchased used).

Excellent experience on the sales and service side. Salesperson was very friendly and had no problem with my wife and I taking the test drive by ourselves. Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been very friendly. I have had my car serviced there once and when the bill came I was shocked -- it was much lower than I expected and they fixed or explained everything I asked about. What more can you ask?
