The process is very smooth. Nate did a good job. Also, the BMW pro did a very thorough walk of the car. The overall experience is very delightful.

modern technology. quick and easy paperwork. come in the morning to complete paperwork and have a car to drive home right away.. quick and easy. clear paperwork.. have Vietnamese staff guide you on how to start the car.. then keep customer information confidential.. say it like it is.. one word is one word. understand customer's situation.. that's great..
