CarMax took care of it. This make CarMax stands out, comparing with other dealership. The car price is fair. CarMax offers 10-day return, and 30-day warranty. If you don't want to go through hours of haggling, CarMax is for you.

This is a professional and well managed business and business location. Staff was courteous and friendly. I normally dread dealing with car sales employees but this is not the case here. Zero pressure and the arrangements for what vehicle you want are your responsibility.
