One thing we were looking forward to for Christmas and the New Year was the fact that we had just paid off our 1 vehicle. No car payment needed to start the year. The funniest thing of all is that we had not even received the title for the explorer in the mail after 4 years of payments. Just like clockwork & with one trip to the mechanic, what would be a $4,000-plus repair to bring it back to working form was decided for us. New car it is.
