My 2nd experience at their service department was another great one. Very smooth and efficient operation from scheduling through completion and pickup. Nick Bischoff was assigned as my service advisor (as he was the first time) who is very thorough and conscientious. His follow-up and support after completion of the work is great. Their use of video while conducting their Multi-Point Inspection and sharing the video with the customers is simply outstanding.
