Made my service appointment for 10AM on October 4th for synthetic oil change, tire rotation, brake check, and fluids check. Waited in the customer wait lounge enjoying free coffee while my car was being serviced. I was startled 45 minutes later when Marcos came and noted that all the work was completed. Great experience!!

Excellent Service. Bob Hockenberry is excellent at understanding the problem and handling it with the right staff. He is very experienced with Ford products and always does a great job. I prefer seeing Bob any time I am at this dealership. My experience could not have been better.
