Had a good experience buying a used Toyota Tacoma from Bennett Toyota of Allentown. Our salesman Rudra was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bennett Toyota in Allentown. I came in on Saturday specifically to check out a Toyota Land Cruiser they had on the lot. I spoke with the staff, left my phone number, and clearly asked to be called back once they had a decision. Saturday passed with absolutely no call. I even called the dealership myself and left a message, but still heard nothing. Today is Monday. After leaving three additional messages and speaking with the front desk (Kathlyn), I was repeatedly told that no managers were available and that someone would call me back. I was assured it would happen. Well, it’s now the end of Monday and I have received nothing — absolutely no call, no update, no follow-up. This level of communication is extremely disappointing and frankly very disrespectful to a customer who took the time to come in person and showed clear interest in buying a vehicle. At this point, I’m done with Bennett Toyota. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can only imagine what the service would be like after the sale.
