Had a 8:00 appointment today, Saturday at 10:00. My car was still outside and wasn't even looked at to be repaired. I wasted 2 hours of my life just sitting there. I asked for my car back and I'm taking my business elsewhere

My review of Honda of Princeton is really about my salesman, Sanjay Chadda. He was recommended to me by 3 others, and I must say the man knows his stuff! He was patient, knowledgeable and above-and-beyond helpful. Buying a new car is a HUGE ticket item that can be a stressful experience. I would say that Sanjay's assistance and support made the entire experience very positive and exciting. He explained various options to me that enabled me to make an educated decision. He further took care of everything from registration to title to license plates. It was also very easy to reach Sanjay rather than having to jump through endless message hoops. “Wow, what an experience! If you’re looking for bad management, misleading tactics, and a dealership that tries to change the deal after you’ve signed, look no further! Thankfully, I didn’t fall for their antics and ended up getting my car from a different dealer with a much better deal. So, in a way, thanks for being so terrible—you helped me find something better elsewhere!”

This dealer has a 2017 Honda Civic, 84K miles for $13,841. I called on 11/12 to discuss and came away thinking this was a great deal. The car is for my ex-wife and she went there today. Added to the price was $1050 for tax and tags as expected. However, and this was not disclosed to me yesterday, there was a $678 fee for a security package, $1495 for a reconditioning fee and $799 for doc prep. I could live with the security package but the $2300 fees are absurd. And, after explaining that none of this was disclosed on any website or on my initial call so time was wasted. They also told me that all fees are on the website which when they checked the said I was right it had been removed and they did not know why. I cannot believe any business would pull this. right out of the a .different era
