First time VW buyer, great customer service from Ray. Spent time explaining all the features.

We just bought a new Volkswagen Astro today. We had a very good experience with a knowledgeable Salesman and excellent finance person. Our experience was very easy and very upfront In explaining all the details and questions we had. We left very satisfied and encourage others to stop by the dealership and talk with the sales personnel.

The service manager was awesome to deal with. He was certainly busy and he was handling several customers at once but gave us his full attention. The job was done quickly and at a fair price.

These guys are flat out awesome to deal with. No games or gimmicks. Just good people. I highly recommend.

Mike in the service center deserves recognition for providing outstanding service. Our Cross Sport had a wiring issue that needed fixed. The problem was we just can’t be without a vehicle. Mike was so awesome. He arranged for me to have a ride to work the morning of our appointment and then had a loaner car in my parking lot waiting for me at the end of the day. The VW was in their shop for 3 days and on day 3 they brought my Cross Sport back to my work for me looking brand new. He made a tough situation so easy for us and the detail they did on the car was a super nice added bonus.
