Sammy was very professional. and helpful . After my very bad and unethical experience at Lexus of West Palm Beach, I was very reluctant to do business with Lexus. I had a deposit on a car and was waiting for the insurance cards when the salesman sold my car to somebody else. I complained to the manager, and they did not give a damm. I started looking at BMW's and checked the website one more time., Sammy responded to my inquiryand delivered my new car in 72 hours. I never went to the showroom and never met the salesman.
