Our experience was amazing! I worked with a broker to lease my car. He found exactly what I wanted. Lexus of Pembroke Pines delivered it to me in Palm Beach. The guy that delivered it was extremely helpful, went over all of the features of the car. Really a great guy! Michele handled all of the paperwork. Everything was sent electronically and could not have been easier! The entire experience was easy, flawless and the best way to get a new car!
I find it easy to get appointments at this dealership. They complete the work quickly and efficiently
when i made my appointment for the service, i was offered a meeting with sales person so i dropped off my car i waited for 1 hour, but nobody came so i went to the receptionist and found out there was a note for the meeting i waited for another hour (until my car was ready) and nobody contacted me service was all good over time i bought 4 (total 6) lexus from your dealership for the next, i will certainly look somewhere else
