I took my CRV in for an oil change. Steve helped me this time. He was most helpful in determining when other services should be done. I trust the service department at Northside completely.

Lacye Laning, Service Advisor is the service advisor who always helps me. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and trustworthy. The work she provides has been great. I can’t say the same for the lady the phones roll over to when the service advisors don’t answer because they are busy. Whoever that lady is, she is rude, unprofessional - perception is she doesn’t care about the clients. I don’t think this is their operator, I think it’s someone in the service department. I will not hold this against Lacye and the dealership, I hope they address it since I included it in this part of the review.
Great service - listened to my needs and followed through in a speedy time. I was very pleased with the speed it was completed.
I bought my car from her and now she’s my service writer. Totally trust her. She’s fabulous!
