It is always a pleasure working with Albany Subaru. Work is complete in a timely fashion and they advise any necessary repairs needed.
I have been a consistent Honda owner since 2002 and I was so surprised to see how easy Subaru’s Express Maintenance was. In the past at Honda I would need to drop off my car early morning and it would always take 4-5 hours for regular maintenance to be performed. To make matters worse, after receiving a call from Honda’s service department letting me know my car was ready for pickup, I would need to wait an additional 30+ minutes to get my car after my car was checked out. One time I had to wait almost an hour for my car, along with other customers. It was a wonderful to experience Subaru’s quick service and organization. And, also, a shout out to Selina, the Service Concierge who helped me. She was fantastic!
Our first service went well. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the whole process seems efficient.
She is friendly, quite knowledgeable, and helpful always clearly answering whatever questions I might have.
