Service rep Mike was great. Had my car diagnosed quickly and then arranged a loaner right away. They had to order parts so car was in the shop several days but Mike communicated with me everyday with updates.

He didn't try to sell us, he shared options and gave us things to consider in making our decision. It was not a tough decision though. Once we made our choice, delivery was arranged.
