I had heard that this ownership would be an improvement over the prior owner but I am not sure that is true, I waited at the dealership for my recent app for a 50K checkup. It took three hours. And thrrr were no problems with my vehicle. I had an 8:15 am appointment mid-month. I really liked my service advisor, Evan, but I had another appointment following the checkup and could not wait for my requested car wash ( apparently very backed up with only one person working). In general, I find the male service advisers very unfriendly to this very friendly female judge (not stupid). Their heads drop to their desks as soon as they see me walk in, I am considering taking my business elsewhere, including the purchase of a new car. Unfriendly staff + three hour wait for easy check up not including car wash = very unhappy 20/yest customer.
Everyone is very nice at this dealership. I was kept informed throughout the process. Was very nice.
Excellent customer service. Jeana was wonderful and I was told everything I needy to know to make a decision regarding my vehicle.
Friendly courteous staff. They cared about what you wanted and not just a sale. I left out of there feeling happy about purchasing a vehicle. Thanks to the entire team there for a great experience.
I left a message for JJ to call me as I had several questions. He has not called me back. My mileage was in correct on my copy of my invoice.
