A little lengthy but I consider reviews a tool for other consumers to use and make informed decisions: We purchased a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler from another local dealer. We had some warranty issues that caused some alarm but were especially not happy with the ride. We have been on the lookout for a well cared for preowned large SUV. Did some research on a few models. Nissan and Infiniti were coming to the top. Had read favorable consumer reviews about Four Stars Nissan of Denton. Went to see what they had available this past Thursday, May 14 with no intentions of buying on that day. Noticed a 2023 Infiniti QX80 that looked well cared for. Sales person Stefan Bucar was a couple rows over apparently making a video for a Nissan Armada. We struck up a conversation. He was friendly, quietly professional. Mr Bucar introduced us to the QX80 and walked us around it and inside it. Low mileage. Excellent condition from exterior and interior appearances. We went inside to talk things over. We wanted a vehicle that had been well maintained and is in excellent condition. Stefan listened to my concerns and suggested their service department has been through the Infiniti we were looking at. He pulled up the Carfax report and we went through it together. Good maintenance records. I noticed a small gap and became concerned. In a nutshell Stefan met with the GM Kelly Farley who walked over to visit with us. What I can tell you is he is very respectful. He listened very well and gave text book feedback of our concerns. He gave us a solution to our concerns and it put us into the buyers chair. We decided to trade our jeep in (very fair), pay some money down and finance a small piece of the final price. Finance manager Scott Brown worked with our very good credit and found a strong financing package. All around outstanding experience. Highly recommend Four Stars Nissan and the team of Stefan Bucar, Kelly Farley and Scott Brown. Excellent post-purchase follow ups from Stefan Bucar. Thank you!

Pleased with 4 Stars of Denton but very disappointed with the sales person Nima Amirshahpari! I would not recommend him at all! Was attentive when trying to sell me the vehicle once that happened his professional ethics disappeared. No hello, no smile total different person. It seemed I was bothering him! Rude!!
