I always receive excellent service from the technicians, who are always helpful with any questions I may have.
Scheduled an oil change at the nearest Nissan dealership for my son who’s away at school. He text afterwards stating it was the quickest oil change he’d experienced. Mentioned though the dealership didn’t have the complimentary car wash as the larger ones, they did give him a voucher for a local express car wash which he liked more because he was able to vacuum his own car out!
Awesome - Wow. What an experience on purchasing my 2026 Pathfinder. Beginning with slowly looking at cars on Four Stars Nissan and the General Manager walking around on the lot with the Owner says to me to let him know if I’d like to see inside any vehicle.and he would get it opened for us. I was not aware of his position. Just thought he was showing someone a vehicle. My wife and I returned the evening and just happened to see the same two gentleman and asked if either one was a salesperson. They both immediately introduced themselves and immediately helped us get started at seeing the vehicle we desired. We got there about a quarter to 7 pm and they close around 8 pm. We left around 8:10 pm having completed a test drive with an agreement on the deal but felt like we were leaving from a most enjoyable meeting with our family. The most amazing experience ever, briefly speaking with the owner and then the GM and Sales Associate D’Angelo Davis were both tremendously friendly, caring, professional, so courteous listening to us presenting the offer on the Pathfinder. We returned the next day to complete the purchase. Truly no one tried to sell us the vehicle we were interested in with a tremendously awesome deal. We share, they shared, we agreed on what we all felt was the best deal ever. Our experience with all the Four Stars Nissan staff from beginning to end was beyond extraordinary. I recommend Four Stars Nissan to everyone one wanting to enjoy one of the best experiences ever in your life. They truly care about you and providing you with the best that be done. Thank you Four Stars Nissan staff. We really appreciate every one of you and how we were treated.
Dan S was very helpful and understood my needs and wants. He kept me informed as to the progress of my order. He followed up after delivery. Dan made my buying experience fun. I have never been treated so well when purchasing a vehicle. He is awesome. Jabin was great to work with. He listened to me. He got to the point and explained everything in detail. Both Dan S and Jabin S were no xx, no bait and switch. They were honest and straight forward. I greatly appreciate that. I have not had a chance to use the service department yet. However, Dan S introduced me to two of the people in the service department. They impressed me as people I can trust.

I drove an extra 10 minutes to get better service at a Nissan dealership. I purchased my 2023 Frontier from Clay Cooley, but the last two times I have been this year -- even with an appointment they say they are two days behind schedule for service. I had to come back 3 times based on issues with the battery/electrical check, then a replacement passenger seat, then to calibrate the seat, which wasn't completed when I picked up the vehicle for the 2nd time. I appreciated Lee's demeanor.
