When I recently purchased a used Pathfinder, the sales consultant, Mike, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, providing me with full service information in advance and personally introducing me to the lead mechanic who had previously serviced the car. Despite a delay in the office that added forty minutes to the paperwork, I was offered a loan at 0.9% below the originally quoted rate. She explained all the technical features and pointed out a minor navigation adjustment I had missed.
Mary is awesome, always accommodates me, so helpful, kind, polite. Takes good care of me , no matter my issues.The shuttle drivers are great, we always, have laughs during my shuttle time and knows where I need to go and pick up time. You all are awesome
I was a little early for my appointment but still got in quickly for my oil change. The waiting room was nice and clean as well as the restroom. My car was done in about 30 minutes which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.

After an exhausting search through several Old Orchard Nissan dealerships, I immediately fell in love with this one: the finance manager personally and without pressure explained three warranty options to me. Salesman Mark thoroughly explained all the features of my new car and also reviewed my full service history. The paperwork took a little longer than expected due to a thorough inspection. The general manager extended my free service package to cover any delays. Overall, I was satisfied.
My wife and I traded in our Toyota RAV4 for new Rogue and Dario was great to work with, we will recommend him to all our family members and friends
