I had Hailie MacFarland as my Sales Consultant. She was very accommodating, very professional at her very young age,extremely understanding, and actually fun and honest to me,her client.Thoroughly down to earth and practical,she is a phenomenal Sales consultant. She immediately put me at ease and very easy to talk to.

Worst service advisor I have ever had to deal with! He would not return my calls , I had to keep calling him. (4-5 times) Told me concierge would return my car, thank goodness I called concierge and I was not on the list they could return it the next day. I had talked with him at 2:00 in the afternoon. Spent 3 days calling him and he never returned my call until I talked to a supervisor.
Car was supposed to be picked up between 8-10 At 10:30 I had to call cause nobody showed up. Mix up with my phone number they fixed it right away and someone showed up 30 min after I called. They were very friendly and explained things well
Very courteous and nice. Quick labor and return of car. Detailed explanation of recommendations. I will always bring my car for any repair or maintenance here.
