What Others Say

We had our BMW 5 series serviced and new brakes. The service performed was excellent and they went above and beyond and even cleaned the floor mats! Scott was very nice and professional and we will definitely have Joel Confer BMW service our cars again in the future! Thank you!!

I have had my BMW i3 serviced at Joel Confer for about 4.5 years. During this time, their customer service has only been rivaled by the quality of their work. I brought my car in last week with a significant issue. They went above and beyond what was required of them and worked with BMW to find a unique solution for me. I recommend this service center without reservation and look forward to working with them for years to come.

The salesman, Mark Noel, also the sales manager, was very rude and disrespectful! Over the phone, I had let him know my priority of trading in my current X3, and he said to bring it to the dealership, and he would look at the vehicle and go over the newer X3's in my budget. Instead, when I came, he did not greet us, nor did he look at the vehicle. Instead took 10 minutes to find me values from online calculators. After I started showing me random videos of BMW's vs. other competitors. Throughout the interaction, he was dissing other car companies and, at one point, dissing another BMW dealership because I said I was considering buying the X3 from theirs. Mark was also scaring me by saying if I buy from them(2 hours away from me) and during a loaner service, if the transport driver crashes the vehicle or injures someone, I will be sued. He commented about "the days of people coming in and testing driving the cars are over." I never came in with the intention of test driving the vehicle!. I understand many come in and test drive cars and take pictures. Still, I came in with my family and was a genuine car buyer interested in leasing an X3; however, making those comments and treating me like a 2-year-old just made me never buy another BMW. Mark questioned my knowledge and background in current education by asking me random questions about physics. In the end, when I asked him to write down the fees of the services, and he forced a pen at me and MADE me write down the benefits. I pushed the paperback at him, but again, he went the paperback and made me write down the services. BMW, this is not how you treat your customers. Afterward, I went to another dealership, and I was treated with the utmost respect.

This was a great experience! We were pleased to be able to preview the cars. The demonstrations of various new features were presented well. The refreshments were first class just as this dealership is. We wouldn’t expect anything less from this Dealership. We have purchased many BMW’s from Mark and we have been pleased with his Professionalism, Going back to the open house we were very pleased with the entire presentation.

This is the second BMW I purchased at Joel Confer BMW. Everyone from Sales to Service to the BMW genius have been helpful, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever is necessary to make buying and owning a BMW a great experience.

Started off strong- knowledgeable sales/support staff and a great car- but when I raised a legitimate issue after purchase, salesman was dismissive and argumentative.
