I made an appt. In the same day it needed help. Online I was approached by a female always nice. Ray introduced himself polite found me & began the service. After my car was done he tapped me I was asleep the atmosphere was pleasant. Ray told me my battery was bad on a new car. He brought joy to my heart!! I have warranty's 2hrs I did have it was worth it?Thank U Ray
