I have been coming here for years. They are always courteous. My service advisor knows me and understands my needs.
Friendly and helpful. Kept me updated on the progress. Even got me a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle.
Unsatisfied with explanation regarding pinging noise,24 vette shouldn’t ping period. Dealer showed me a bulletin regarding ticking noise, pinging is never mentioned
As always, Zack did a great job, was in for work, and he had a pinch nerve in his neck/back, and he was suffering through it taking care of clients.
