Fabulous service and great staff! When I brought my car in at 8:45 a.m. for a recall issue, Sean in service said they'd need it for the day, but would call me if it was ready earlier. He called at 12:30 to let me know it was all set, and I was thrilled. Check-in was effortless, thanks to Sean. I'm definitely giving him a five-star rating!!!

Sean was absolutely amazing with getting my car serviced! He made sure I was completely taken care of, gave me good advice on the best services for my car, and kept me updated throughout the service. I'm always nervous about getting my car serviced as a young woman, but he kept me informed and made me feel heard. I highly recommend him, and everyone at Herb Chambers Honda in Dorchester.
