I am torn as to whether or not I should recommend this service center. First the video that was sent to me was terrible. Gave me zero confidence in the work about to be done with my vehicle. The person rushed through the video, explained nothing and in the end mentioned a few things that needed to be done then said oh and some other things too. He was not thorough and gave me zero confidence. Second, I will be bringing my vehicle back in. When I dropped it off it had zero warning lights on. I now have one on. This goes back to my confidence in the work done there. The front desk staff were excellent!!! Nice and helpful. They were very reactive as well when I showed them the terrible video. They agreed it was terrible.
Had a great experience with Alonzo and Kylie helping me! They really took care of me and exceeded my expectations! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I was a little disappointed with the dealership checkpoints that they do on every truck they sell. My mirror motor was broke and the truck shakes when I get over 60 miles per hr.
I had a great experience bringing my Ram 3500 in for warranty work. The service team was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the repairs promptly. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
My old change and inspection took forty minutes from the time I walked in till I walked out. Good old West Texas hospitality and excellent service.
