They are rather rude at this particular dealership and incredibly unhelpful. Would not recommend anyone to shop here.
Don truly restored my confidence in the dealer experience. After encountering issues with recently with another Volvo dealership (and those of other manufacturers over the years), he and the team at Wynn went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order. His expertise in Volvos was evident, and he patiently guided me through every detail of setting up my new car after purchasing. What stood out the most, however, was his warm and respectful demeanor — he made me feel welcome from start to finish. Thanks to Don, I’m now a proud Volvo owner!
The mechanics here are absolute cash hogs. They will perform $5k worth of work before letting you know your car needs rebuilt, when it’s already visibly totaled if a competent, ethical mechanic is looking at the frame of the car. Customer service is great though. I learned later on that Wynn Volvo failed to fully perform a seatbelt safety recall on my car despite saying directly to my face that they did. This business is a scam. Very thankful for Stillman Volvo in West Chester pointing this out.
Don was great, Just ask for Don you cant go wrong. Very informative and showed every detail of the car You can Tell he takes pride in his work.
Don made my car buying experience fun and easy! He was very courteous and helpful.
Everyone made my car buying experience easy and must less painfull than other dealers I went through. No pressuring and helped me out a couple times with issues within the process. Helped me get a nearly brand new car for less than what others were offering at higher prices and older models and more miles. Would definitely go through them again
