Worst Buying Experience Ever!!! Vehicle was filthy and wasn't even taken through the shop for a thorough inspection. I spent two hours waiting for these guys to get my deal closed and even after walking around the vehicle with the sales guy.......he never once offered to have the vehicle taken to the wash bay or recon department. Nothing. Of course after the sale, they offered to send me a little something to help with the cost of having the vehicle cleaned up. A $25.00 freakin' gift card! I purchased an extended warranty but decided to cancel it after two months. I hounded these SOBs for two straight weeks to get that warranty canceled to no avail. I ended up canceling it myself. Poor customer relations, poor communications and very poor follow-up with regards to my concerns. Arrogance, entitlement and laziness to be in full supply at Bean's of Exton. Never, ever again!

I had a great experience. Salesman, Joe, received me and showed me a car I was interested in. I wanted to check out a Ford Escape. He was pretty straight forward and made sure that I had a good experience. Staff was short, but he checked on us. I don't remember the business managers name, but she also did good. She didn't try to pressure me into buying more things. She made the process really easy, and explained everything. They didn't lie or try to trick me. I'm glad I did my business here.
All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Especially the service department. Always honest and straight forward with you. My family and I will always buy and service our vehicles from this dealership.
General Sales Manager Frank Levine should take a lesson from his salesman Joe in being professional!! Made a second trip there to hopefully make a deal with our trade-in and purchase a new vehicle, only for him not to come out of his office for a second time. Guess he thought it was a big joke sitting there behind the glass window, because he could be overheard laughing when our offer was made. Time to go back to school Frank & learn some manners when dealing with people who are ready to spend money, rude and unprofessional on your part. We will take our business elsewhere and definitely will not be recommending this Ford dealership to anyone in the future.
Buying a vehicle can be stressful and frustrating but buying at Sloan Ford proves otherwise. They offered me a great price compared to their competition and didn't play any of the usual dealer games. It was a very unexpected and enjoyable experience. I started working with Ben Eckert via email and text then Ed Moran when I visited the dealership. I want to highlight Ed Moran and the incredible service he provided from beginning to end. He was very thorough with explaining all the details, obtained the information I requested and was very attentive to everyone’s needs. The whole time Ed was polite, professional, understanding and funny. At no point did I feel we were being pressured into making a final decision. I was very appreciative of Ed and glad that he was our product specialist. I hope he stays around when we’re ready to buy or lease again. Ed was truly the reason I came back. The entire staff at Sloan was friendly and willing to help out if Ed needed any assistance. It was refreshing to see this type of teamwork at a dealership. When it came time to complete the transaction Michelle Scott was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and made the process painless.
