I called and spoke with Todd Minor ahead of my visit, and laid out what I was looking to do. I had a car in mind, a price, and the goal of being in and out as quickly as possible (I was already pre-approved). When I got there, Todd delivered. It was a pleasure working with him, he was personable and understood a deal isn't just about one side winning but both parties feeling good at the end. I got in at 9:30 am that Saturday and was done by 12:30 pm. I what I felt was a good price for a car I love, and a very positive experience.
I've been to Molle Toyota for service the since September 25' and have always come here. I was getting my vehicle serviced and since it's an older vehicle I went to the certified used lot to look around to see what I wanted in the future. I met Todd and told him my situation about how I would want a 4runner in the future and he was very nice and professional when it came to walking me around two different ones in the used lot. We test drove both of them, and when we got back, he let me ask questions without cutting me off or interrupting me. Even though I am not looking to buy a vehicle right now but sometime in the future, Todd gave me information about the 4runner that we test drove that day and didn't pressure me into anything. Very professional and respectful person! Definitely would get a vehicle from Todd!
Shawn Weissenbach helped us to find the right Toyota for me. I needed a smaller car and Shawn found a Toyota Prius that was perfect for me to drive. I absolutely love my new care. Thanks to Shawn I have a great car that I love!
It looks like I am going to be the only one with a bad review. My salesman Todd Heston seemed like the typical stereotype salesman put me off when I asked questions told let’s get this going and then we will get to that, well we didn’t get to that so not sure when we were went to look at my trade and I didn’t see it again until I talked to the finance manager who was a great guy. Anyway Todd put my old tag on the truck I purchased I didn’t give it much thought at the time because it took so long I was just ready to get out of there. I believe I am driving around illegally with tags that don’t belong to the vehicle they are on. Anyway I guess Molle Toyota can’t afford to spring for a temporary tag. Thanks Todd I have told everyone I know if they go to Molle Toyota to make sure they stay away from Todd Heston!
My car was totaled and I called Shawn Weissenbach at Molle Toyota and with 3 to 4 days he had found me the car I was looking for..
I have been a customer of Molle Toyota since 2006 and going on my 7th leasing a Toyota Tundra. I met Rodney Skaggs in 2006 at the New Truck Center at Molle Toyota and he has been handling my leases on my Toyota Tundra's ever since. Rodney has recently handled my new lease on my new 2025 Tundra. Rodney is an outstanding person and provides excellent customers service and upstands my loyalty to Molle Toyota. He is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Molle Toyota and he up holds the hometown, locally own Molle family name! Molle Toyota is one of the few dealerships left that is a local family owned dealership, and not owned by a corporation out of state! Rodney Skaggs upholds the Molle name and provides excellent customers service that Molle has stood for all these decades! Rodney know is customers and treats them with respect to wear your are not just a number. Rodney is an outstanding employee. Don't ever loose him!
